About Us

"The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think - rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men." ~Bill Beattie

Welcome to Quinns Beach Primary School

About Us

Quinns Beach Primary School is an Independent Public School that is currently operating within the North Metropolitan Education Region. Our school works collaboratively and in conjunction with other local schools as part of the Butler Network Cluster. The majority of our students attend Butler College after completing Year 6.

Our school is situated approximately 15 kilometres north of Joondalup and was established in 2001. Students attending the school are characteristically from the suburb of Quinns Rocks. There are currently 550 primary students enrolled from Kindy to Year 6.

We embrace our shared vision in all aspects of our operations. At our school, we foster an inclusive learning environment that cultivates excellence, positive relationships and collaboration. We provide innovative opportunities for students as life-long learners.

At Quinns Beach PS we have gained an enviable reputation for our highly professional and supportive culture. Students at Quinns Beach PS experience many opportunities to participate in learning experiences that cater for student interests, learning styles and needs.

Quinns Beach PS is dedicated to addressing the social and educational needs of students in the 21st century. Our friendly, supportive and inclusive environment creates endless opportunities for students to achieve personal success as they Dream, Explore, and Discover.

Together, with an active parent body, engaged School Board, enthusiastic and experienced staff, and a committed leadership team, we are providing extensive educational opportunities to support the vision and high expectations for student learning.

At Quinns Beach PS we embrace and celebrate the cultural diversity of our clientele, welcoming students from our own community, from across Australia and from overseas as far away as the UK, New Zealand and South Africa. Our school has strong connections with the Noongar people who are the traditional owners of the land Quinns Beach PS is situated upon. We believe that our strong sense of community is the foundation of our school and, as we prepare the students for the challenges they will face in the years to come, we are confident that Quinns Beach PS will provide a strong foundation for your child's future.
