Pastoral Care

"The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think - rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men." ~Bill Beattie

Pastoral Care

School Chaplain

Our current School Chaplain (affectionately known as "Chappie") is available to students, staff and parent/caregivers on Monday and Thursday.

Shine Program

Chappie runs a senior girls empowerment program that addresses self image, grooming, diet, etc.

Breakfast Club

Currently runs twice a week, Monday and Thursday mornings 8.00am - 8.30am.  This is a great time before school for students of all ages to come together and be a part of something fun and different.  We have a range of meals on offer but it is more than just food for the body but for some kids it is food for the soul, building their confidence and friendship circles.  It is a great place for kids to interact and learn about healthy eating, the satisfaction of helping out as well as picking up better manners in the process.

Please consider if you are a parent and have some spare time on a Monday or Thursday morning to help with preparing meals, spending time witht he kids and helping pack up.
